Terms and Conditions – Money Back Guarantee

1. Guarantee Policy

We are committed to student success. If a student does not see an improvement within 2 to 4 sessions, they are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition fees, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for the Refund

To qualify for the tuition fee refund, the student must:

• Be currently scoring B4 and below in the relevant subject.
• Have completed all assigned homework as instructed.
• Have reviewed all completed questions using provided solutions.
• Have clarified all doubts with the tutor during sessions.
• Have attended all scheduled classes within the first 2 to 4 sessions without absence.
• Have demonstrated a positive learning attitude throughout the sessions.

3. Student Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our program, the student is required to:

• Revise the previous lesson before attending the next class.
• Complete all assigned questions before the next session.
• Review and understand solutions provided for completed work.
• Engage actively in class and ask questions to clarify doubts.
• Demonstrate effort and willingness to improve.

4. Refund Process

• If the student meets all the above conditions but does not see improvement, they may submit a refund request within 7 days after the fourth session.
• The request must include supporting evidence, such as completed homework and proof of engagement with the tutor.
• Refunds will only cover tuition fees and do not include the $50 material fee, as students will retain ownership of all printed in-house notes and practice papers.
• Refund requests that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria will not be approved.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

• The guarantee applies only to students who fully adhere to the program requirements.
• Refunds will not be granted if the student misses classes, fails to complete assigned work, or does not clarify doubts with the tutor.
• The guarantee does not apply to students scoring above B4.
• Any disruptive behavior or lack of effort may void the refund eligibility.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect students already enrolled under the existing guarantee policy.
